Plans change, and sometimes a clean is no longer needed.
If you want to cancel or reschedule a clean, just let us know as soon as possible so we can update your schedule in our system.
🔁 How to make a change
Message us through the chat or your usual contact method
Include the property address, original clean date, and whether you want to cancel or reschedule
We’ll cancel the clean in our calendar
If rescheduling, we’ll offer the next available day and time
⏰ Is there a cutoff time?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.
Same-day cancellations may incur a fee if the cleaner has already been assigned or is en route.
💳 Billing
You won’t be charged for cleans cancelled in advance
Late cancellations or missed cleans may still be billed to cover the cleaner’s time
Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before we proceed
