Plans change, and sometimes a clean is no longer needed.
If you want to cancel or reschedule a clean, just let us know as soon as possible so we can update your schedule in our system.


🔁 How to make a change

  • Message us through the chat or your usual contact method

  • Include the property address, original clean date, and whether you want to cancel or reschedule

  • We’ll cancel the clean in our calendar

  • If rescheduling, we’ll offer the next available day and time


⏰ Is there a cutoff time?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.
Same-day cancellations may incur a fee if the cleaner has already been assigned or is en route.


💳 Billing

  • You won’t be charged for cleans cancelled in advance

  • Late cancellations or missed cleans may still be billed to cover the cleaner’s time

  • Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before we proceed
