If something gets damaged during a clean, we’ll let you know right away and help make it right.
Our team is trained to handle your property with care, but if an accident happens, you’re covered.

  • The cleaner reports the damage to our team

  • We’ll review what happened and include photos if available

  • You’ll receive a message summarising the issue, including any action we’ve already taken

🧾 What we cover

If the damage was clearly caused by our team:

  • We’ll let you know what’s broken and take responsibility

  • We may offer to repair or replace the item

  • You’re covered by our public liability insurance ↗ for qualifying incidents
