If you're already an Aunty customer, use your usual channel. Most onboarded hosts reach us through:

  • SMS

  • Email

  • Phone Call

No matter the method, our team is always monitoring for issues that need follow-up or fast action.


📝 What to include in your message

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • The property address or nickname

  • A short description of the issue

  • Any guest details or booking date (if relevant)

  • Photos or screenshots if helpful


✅ What happens next

  • We’ll confirm we’ve received your message

  • Urgent issues (like guest lockouts or major complaints) are prioritised immediately

  • For other issues, we’ll follow up with the next steps and keep you updated until it’s resolved
