If your guest is having trouble getting in, here’s what we do and what you need to know:
✅ If you’re using Aunty’s Front Desk
We respond to the guest right away and walk them through the access instructions again
If your property has a lockbox or smart lock, we check that the correct code was provided
If access continues to fail or something looks off, we notify you immediately
You do not need to wake up or step in unless a decision or override is required
✅ If you’re only using Housekeeping
Our team does not handle guest communication, so guests will contact you directly
If a guest is still inside during a scheduled clean or a cleaner cannot enter, we will flag it to you as soon as we know
