How AuntyStays charges for Housekeeping and Front Desk, what’s included, and how billing is managed.

We aim to make billing simple, predictable, and hands-free.

No hidden fees. No billing surprises.
We keep things clear and predictable, so you always know what you’re paying for.

Here’s how it works depending on which service you’re using:


🧼 Housekeeping

  • You’ll be charged after each completed clean

  • Payment is processed automatically using the card you’ve saved on file

  • You’ll receive an invoice for every job

  • All invoices are viewable in your customer portal

  • If a clean requires extra time due to property condition, additional charges may apply ↗

If you book add-ons like linen, toiletries, or restocks, these will be itemised on your invoice.


🛎 Front Desk

  • Front Desk is billed as a monthly subscription

  • You’ll be charged automatically each month on your billing date

  • If you signed up with a promotional offer, the discount will be automatically applied to your billing at the start of your subscription

  • Invoices are available anytime via your customer portal


🔒 How payments are managed

  • We use Stripe, a secure, PCI-compliant global payment platform

  • Your card details are never stored on our systems

  • You can update your payment method or view your invoices anytime. Learn how here ↗
